is a peer-reviewed open access journal edited by the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharesti, Pitesti University Centre, Faculty of Mechanics and Technology. It publishes original scientific papers in the field of automotive engineering and related domains.
In pursuance of a tradition well appreciated by the automotive professionals, the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology set up in 1995, by its Department Automobiles and Transport, a scientific annual journal devoted to issue some of the most valuable scientific papers in the automotive engineering domains. This periodical is ”Buletinul Ştiinţific Seria Autovehicule Rutiere”, publishing papers created by authors from university and scientific environments, from Romania and other countries from Europe, Asia and America. Beyond the hope of the editors of ”Buletinul Ştiinţific - Seria Autovehicule Rutiere” that this yearly journal offers to authors the framework to an efficient promotion for valuable creations of their scientific domains and the opportunity to set up cooperation and partnership relations, by the standard of the issued papers we consider that we contributed to enriching the Romanian scientific creation, included in the universal patrimony.
The journal covers topics such as:
- Automotive technologies and systems
- Powertrain and transmission
- Alternative propulsion and electric vehicles
- Vehicle dynamics, NVH, and safety
- Advanced manufacturing and materials
- Simulation, testing, and diagnostics
Published once a year, the journal is indexed in national and international databases and aims to disseminate cutting-edge research and innovations in automotive design, manufacturing, and performance.
All manuscripts are subject to rigorous peer-review by experts in the field, ensuring the quality and relevance of published articles. Contributions are welcomed from researchers, practitioners, and PhD students.
